For liability purposes, each time you print out a set of instructions a compliance form is attached. The compliance sheet is used for security officers and supervisors to sign and date it indicating that:company name, the clients name, the post name and the date that the instructions were printed (revised). You can even include your company’s logo on the cover sheets.

A- The supervisor post orientated the officer regarding the instructions.

B- The officer understood the post instructions.
