Getting Started
How do I log into the SGM Academy?
Go to https://sgmnow.com/login and enter your email and password.
I didn’t receive my login email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact your company admin or email us.
Can I use my phone or tablet?
Yes. Chrome or Safari is recommended.
Do I need a new login each time?
No. Use the same login each time you access.
Can two people share a login?
No. Each person needs a unique login.
How long do I have access?
All courses are available for 60 days. Extensions are handled by your administrator.
What if my course or access has expired?
Contact your company administrator to check if you can be re-enrolled or extended.
For Students
How do I complete a course?
View all pages, answer all questions, watch videos, and pass the exam with 80%+.
Do I need to finish in one sitting?
No. Progress is saved automatically.
Why can’t I move forward?
Check that you’ve completed every required step before continuing.
How do I access the final exam?
It appears at the end of the course after all lessons are completed.
Can I retake the exam?
Yes. Retake as needed. Highest score is recorded.
Where is my certificate?
It’s available under the course name after you pass.
I don’t see my assigned course.
Check with your admin to make sure it was assigned to you.
For Company Administrators (Group Leaders)
How do I add or remove employees?
Go to “Manage Users” in your Admin Dashboard.
How do I view training progress?
Click “Reports” to see user status and completion.
Can I resend login emails?
Yes. Use “Manage Users” to resend welcome emails.
Can I download certificates?
Yes. Available in the Reports section.
Can I see who hasn’t started training?
Yes. The Reports page shows this clearly.
Can I export a full report?
Yes. Export data as a CSV from the Reports section.
Can I reassign a course?
Courses already started cannot be reassigned. Add a new user instead.
Common Issues
I forgot my password.
Click “Forgot Password?” at sgmnow.com/login
My video won’t play.
Try refreshing the page or switching to Chrome.
Videos buffer or freeze.
Check your connection, pause other streaming, or restart your device.
Course doesn’t load on my phone.
Rotate your phone or use a desktop browser.
I got logged out or the screen froze.
Clear cache, update your browser, or restart the device.
Can I print course pages?
No. But downloadable PDFs (if available) can be saved or printed.
