Courses Included (2 Hours Each)
- Use of Force
Learn California laws on use of force, the reasonable force standard, de-escalation, and how to correctly document incidents. - Observation and Documentation
Improve your skills in observing situations, noticing details, and writing clear and accurate reports. - Communications and Its Significance
Understand why communication matters in security, including verbal skills, radio use, and working with the public and law enforcement. - Public Relations
Build professionalism through strong customer service, cultural awareness, and respectful interactions with the community.
Completion Requirements
- Each course must be completed in full.
- Final exam must be passed with a score of 80% or higher.
- A certificate of completion will be issued once all 8 hours are finished and exam is completed.
